You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After 1 hour, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements (30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not covered by us and are the customer’s responsibility.
Defective or Misprinted Items
If you receive an item that is defective or misprinted:

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us before your order ships with:

We can only update the address BEFORE the order leaves our facility.
Custom/Personalized Products
Many of our items are customized.
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed (style, size, color, or photo).
We are not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we can replace it at no cost.
If you prefer a refund instead, we must allow 14 days to confirm the package does not arrive.
